Here you can find all information about your booking at our Hotel Germania**** in Ischgl.
Advance payments
As soon as you have received your booking confirmation from us, we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the invoice amount within 10 days.
Deposits will be kept as cancellation fee except in case of early cancellation and if you have travel cancellation insurance according to the insurance conditions.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only in written form. The general terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry apply. Please note the Covid-19 exceptions.
Short-term stays
For less than 7 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of 10,00 Euro per person/day.
Discount for children
On request we will be happy to inform you about possible discounts for children in our hotel.
Unused services
There will be no refund for services not taken such as breakfast or half board.
Arrival/ Departure
Please pay your hotel bill at the reception the day before your departure.
Check-In: from 2:00 pm / Check-Out: until 11:00 am
On the day of arrival, you have the possibility to get your ski pass at the reception as soon as you arrive. This way you can immediately head towards the slopes. If there are enough free parking spaces, you are welcome to park your car already at our house. If this is not possible, we ask you to park your car in the public parking lot, which is only about 100m away from us.
If you want to spend another day on the slopes on the day of departure, we also ask you to park your car in the public parking lot to keep the parking spaces free for newly arriving guests.
If you arrive at the hotel after 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival, we ask you to please inform us beforehand.
Parking facilities
You can park your car free of charge at the Germania.
However, please note that only one car per room can be reserved.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance, especially in the currently uncertain times. Something can always happen and your safety is important to us.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel out of consideration for our other guests.
